Exceptionally clean place with pleasant view of the Kyoto eastern hills and temples. Location really close to a major train line. For tea or coffee visit Veg Out nearby. Brand-new and great-sized rooms for hotel guests. Reasonably spacious bathroom, exceptionally attentive and professional staff.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the subway, Nishiki Market, and Kyoto Station. The staff was friendly and spoke English, making communication easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the private bath house that could be reserved was a nice added bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, cleanliness, and convenient location.

The staff were polite, as I could only expect. The location was marvellous and incredible, near a bus stop, if you need it.

I have stayed here before now, it's still a lovely hotel. Everything was great, incredible location really close to a major train line that runs up to Gion, and Fushimi Inari Taisha, fantastic experience. Extremely spacious and impressive room, besides I had an exceptional view of the Kyoto eastern hills and temples. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I had a private bathroom. The staff has always been really kind and great, and the facilities were excellent.

This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's perfect for those who prefer a peaceful environment. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. What's more, the hotel provides a handy 'free' smart phone for guests to use during their stay. It's a great addition that adds value and convenience.

I recently stayed at Hotel Glad One in Kyoto for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to eat and helping us navigate the city. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, with excellent facilities including a wide variety of chargers for electronics and a smartphone provided for guests to use while exploring. The shower pressure was also top-notch, giving a strong and invigorating shower experience. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from both Kyoto Station and a local metro line. The room was comfortable, and I especially loved the large window that offered views of the beautiful Kyoto hills and temples. Additionally, the neighborhood had a charming creek running through it and a lovely coy pond right in front of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kyoto! The location was perfect - within walking distance from the train station and in a nice neighborhood with easy access to all the sights. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The attention to detail was impressive, from the basic amenities in the room to the nice bathroom. I especially loved the 'free' smartphone they provided, which was a great help for navigating the city and staying connected.

La chambre était spacieuse et propre, avec un grand lit confortable. Le personnel était sympathique et toujours prêt à aider. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, avec beaucoup de choix. L'emplacement était idéal, à proximité des magasins et de la gare. Il y avait aussi un spa relaxant avec un sauna, un hammam et un jacuzzi. C'était un endroit parfait pour se détendre après une longue journée de visites.

Le mobilier de la chambre était vieillissant.

The rooms were clean and fairly new. the koi fish pond outside was a nice touch. the hotel offered bikes for rent and had a lovely onsen.

The staff were not helpful and could not speak any English. It was difficult to communicate with them, and they were not able to answer any of our questions.
